KEVIN D. WELTON
Kevin is a 1982 Graduate of Indiana University School of Business in Bloomington where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Administration. Prior to his work in real estate Kevin spent several years in office equipment sales with the Gestetner Corporation, fund raising sales with NASCO, satellite television sales for two different local providers, and several years in automotive sales with the Russ Darrow Group where Kevin was awarded the 1986 New Car Salesman of the Year. Since 1987 Kevins' roles at Welton Enterprises, Inc. have included leasing, insurance, marketing and public relations.
Kevin is a member of the Rotary Club of Madison West-Towne Middleton. Named as a Paul Harris Fellow in 1999, Club President for the 2000-2001 year, Vice President in 1999-2000, Sergeant at Arms one year, Olympics Club Representative six years, as well as various committee chairman positions and committee member particularly for the fund raising projects, Kevin remains committed to providing "Service Above Self" to the community. In his spare time Kevin spends time as a volunteer for the Dane County Pregnancy Helpline delivering and assembling cribs for newborns in the community, the rest of his time is spent golfing and swimming.
